The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

對此，住商士北科加盟店有「最兇美女房仲」之稱的林思琪接受《三立新聞網》訪問表示，「北士科確實很熱，尤其是鄰近文林北路第一排建案，詢問度最高，問的人就是天母、芝山、明德、石牌的在地人為主。」

根據實價登錄，北士科重劃區，鄰近文林北路已揭露交易紀錄的預售案共4個，包括家居璽玉、華固文臨、華固上文林、國泰雍萃，近一年成交均價落在103萬~122萬不等，但如今整個重劃區仍是一片荒涼，全部都是工地。

對此，林思琪表示，「目前全台灣整體房市正在走下坡，成交量持續萎縮是鐵錚錚的事實，不過，北士科目前確實詢問度不錯，尤其是鄰近文林北路的預售案，購屋族群大多是靠近士北科沿線，天母、芝山、明德、石牌的在地人為大宗。」

她解釋，由於士林、北投一帶多是老屋，只要有新建案釋出，有剛性需求的在地人就會想看屋，之前房市正熱的時候，但北士科建案推出腳步並不快，也導致買氣延遲，才會發生全台整體購屋趨勢放緩，北士科看屋人潮依舊的情況。

林思琪說，「近幾個月我們店內成交狀況都不錯，像是這個月尚未結束，店總銷售額就超過1.8億，公司業績近700萬，其中我個人佔6件，所以現在時機雖然不好，但剛性需求強盛的區域仍可以做出好績效。」

目前適合購屋嗎？她說，「在升息壓力下，全台成交量確實不斷下滑，但其實主要還是投資客退場，才會造成下滑這麼明顯，對剛性自住需求的人來說，現在反而是議價好時機，中古屋就多看多出價、新成屋則多案比較、預售屋就要挑好間建商避免爛尾樓。」

最後，林思琪建議，「有時候買房子也很需要緣分，不要只是看著網路比價錢，有需求跟時間就出來看屋，才有機會碰上想要的房子，否則有可能過了5年、10年，還是在回頭感嘆當初為什麼沒有先買房子，依舊是無殼族。」
