一位OL在論壇Dcard上發文提到，自己入職一份人資工作接近3個月了，快到離職預告期臨界點又恰逢年底，讓她陷入兩難「覺得工作量好大每天被工作追著跑，一堆緊急代辦事項，部門大家慣性都會加班，但這個工作量我不知道我有沒有辦法長期負荷，在年底辭職會不會很想不開，不好找工作，還因此損失了年終？」
疑問曝光後，立刻引出許多上班族分享看法「才三個月年終沒多少吧，一般都是未滿一年按比例」、「建議邊做邊找，比較安心；找著找著就過年了」、「職場生存，最好還是負責任的交接交辦完，而不是最忙的時候逃走」、「不光年終的問題，而是該找到新工作再走，年底好的職缺很少」、「元旦過完再走，多一個月勞健保的時間去找工作」、「大部分的人離職會等獎金拿到再走， 確定要讓自己休息三個月或是更久嗎」。
此外也有過來人點出最重要的判斷的底線「工作不要做到危害到自己的身體心理健康，不值得」、「如果還沒危害到身心健康，那建議還是可以等找到再走」。（編輯：潘毅）

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency.
