莫德納次世代雙價疫苗追加劑，自10月11日起擴大至18歲以上全面開打，扣除近期確診者，預計將有780萬人可以預約施打，目前庫存量還有266萬劑，新北市今（7）日早上9點開搶次世代疫苗，該如何預約？《三立新聞網》整理7大QA讓您快速了解。

一、誰可以接種次世代疫苗？

莫德納次世代雙價疫苗第1階段為65歲以上長者，第2階段開放對象為醫事人員、機場港埠、居家檢疫相關工作人員及航空機組員或船員、機構與社福照護系統相關工作人員、50至64歲成人以及18歲以上因外交、公務、洽商等工作需求需出國者。

指揮中心5日公布，將從10月11日起擴大納入18～49歲民眾接種莫德納次世代雙價疫苗追加劑。

二、次世代疫苗如何預約？

台北市第32期新冠疫苗開放預約，至今晚9時截止，只要滿18至49歲符合資格者，自10月11日起，可接種莫德納次世代疫苗

新北市7、8日上午9時至晚間8時開放預約，預約接種時間為10月11至16日，地點位於新北市合約院所及中和Global Mall。

此外，可進入疾管署「COVID-19疫苗接種院所地圖」，右上角「劑次篩選處」點選欲接種的劑次與廠牌，再依據該縣市與行政區，查詢有提供疫苗施打的醫療院所進行電話預約即可。

三、施打次世代疫苗間隔時間？

追加劑與上一劑的接種間隔至少12週（84天），確診後也需間隔3個月後接種。

四、次世代疫苗可以當成第幾劑接種？

指揮中心指揮官王必勝指出，次世代雙價疫苗是作為追加劑使用，與上一劑要間隔3個月，不管是前一劑打的是基礎劑、基礎劑加強劑、或各劑追加劑都要間隔3個月。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. 雙價疫苗追加劑發生的局部/全身性不良反應頻率與原型株疫苗相似，並以輕中度為主，常見的不良反應主要是注射部位疼痛及腫脹、疲倦、頭痛和肌肉痠痛等，沒有發現新的安全疑慮。

六、接種次世代疫苗後還能打流感疫苗？

指揮中心表示，流感疫苗和新冠疫苗可同時接種，亦可間隔任何時間接種。

七、開放18歲以上都可接種，疫苗數量會不夠嗎？

指揮中心發言人莊人祥表示，次世代疫苗4批總計到貨299.9萬劑，截至5日，仍剩餘271萬劑。18至49歲符合可接種次世代疫苗共有930萬人，其中有152萬人曾確診，扣除後約780萬人可於10月11日起接種次世代疫苗。

王必勝表示，若「打氣」踴躍，隨時會再與莫德納公司協調進貨，疫苗數量足夠，不必擔心。
