日本人氣偶像團體「乃木坂46」年僅19歲的成員掛橋沙耶香，日前驚傳在演出中跌落階梯，且頭朝下。據目擊者透露，當時掛橋被包裹著毛巾抬出場外，令外界相當憂心她的傷勢。對此，乃木坂46也對外說明掛橋的狀況。
「盛夏全國巡演2022」進行中，卻有成員在表演時受傷。乃木坂46官網昨（29）日發布聲明，掛橋沙耶香在演唱中從球場一壘區的階梯上摔落，受到輕傷。為了慎重起見在醫院接受治療，並透露掛橋目前「意識很清楚，能夠對話的狀態」；因為考量傷勢，女團最後2天的公演她將會缺席，向來參加演唱會的歌迷致歉。

據目擊歌迷在推特發文透露，成員們正在演唱安可曲，掛橋疑似是台上揮手之際，因沒有注意到踩空摔倒；15分鐘後，消防人員和醫護人員帶著擔架抵達現場，掛橋裹著毛巾被抬出場外，送上救護車。
由於部分目擊者透露，她頭部朝下摔倒，令外界相當擔憂。對此，經紀公司表示她所受的是輕傷，所幸意識清楚，且能正常對話，但仍需在醫院治療。
